Having come across what appeared to be a pleasant looking... read more Having arrived on the train to Versaille we decided to find brunch before heading over to the gardens. Having come across what appeared to be a pleasant looking cafe that was open and offering breakfast buffet we decided to go in. There were approximately 5-7...people seated at tables throughout the cafe and so we stood waiting to be seated at one of the mamy empty tables. After a few moments a lady arrived, very pleasant, however stated we could not enter without a reservation, which is not mentioned anywhere else and were advised to return later. Needless to say we went elsewhere!
