Enjoyed a nice dinner at Chez Lazare. A cute little restaurant close to the Chateau de Versailles. The meats were grilled on an open flame grill. The quality of the beef was not great compared to beef that we grill in Canada but our plates were clean by the end of the meal. The profiteroles (cream puffs) for dessert were amazing!! Excellent service at a very fair price. This is a great choice for travelers with many choices and priced by menu or a la carte. The energetic staff moves at lightening speed to serve the large outdoor patio seating without missing a beat.
The service was great, so it doesn’t matter that it takes a little bit longer, he really knows how to make your dinner experience the best. The food is good and a lot for what you pay.

A nice small restaurant in a road full of restaurants. The food was very good, the meat was soft and cooked with love. The staff was friendly and the prices reasonable. Main dish and desert around 30 euros only. I Highly recommend.
Resto is small but u have enough place to eat comfortable.Food is nice we ordered meat ans they do it for u in a grill with open fire wich is really cool. I hope we will go back to Versailles and probably we'd repeat at Chez Lazare.
