They have a vegan bagel called Josephine, which consists of hummus, avocado and marinated paprika. You choose the bread of your bagel, and most of them are vegan (for instance, the Nature , the Complet , the Sésame or the Graines Céréales . You can choose between the regular and the large size. They have a 'bagel of the month ' which sometimes might be vegan; but you 'll need to ask. Inside there were a few counter seats, so don 't expect something fancy. In any case, the service was friendly and quick; and the staff even gave us a tip of where to find coffee with plant-based milk in town.
