Dinner, not Hotel: The drinks were delicious! We had the Tropical Trebuchet and Blackberry Breeze. The dessert was delicious and such a sweet gesture for our anniversary! The room we were in was small-ish and fairly quiet. When we were here for a murder mystery event, the room we were in was almost too loud, so maybe we are picky. View all feedback.
A really unique property. Fun place to visit and stay.
My wife wanted to stay in the castle for her birthday so I booked the presidential suite. I paid extra for the tiara, rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries. From the moment we stepped foot in the castle to time for bed the staff was over the top friendly. They treated us like royalty. I went in the room first to check on it and make sure everything was perfect and wow is all I can say. I let my wife in and videoed her seeing everything for the first time. She was wowed and ever so thankful. My wife is like a princess so when she saw the tiara, she started jumping up and down lol We walked the grounds and saw the animals and flowers, sat by the pool and went on the roof to explore further views. Just wow!!!!! The staff was perfect. The room was excellent. The food was 5 star. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. The guest relations lady was so welcoming and smiled ear to ear. They took our bags to the room as we sat by the pool due to us being early. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Anyone that has any negative must not be happy people because the staff here are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. Kudos to the castle for making my wife’s special day and allowing this princess the honor of spending it in The Kentucky Castle.

This place was great, geocaching brought us here so until arrival we didn’t even know it was a hotel restaurant or that we could even get up close to it. If we would have known we’d have planned to stay here for sure. We now are planning our next vow renewal to be here. So cool that they have repurposed this the way they have. It’s gorgeous!
