All was top notch! we enjoy the atmosphere and the food is delicious. was a little disappointed that we were not mentioned that we were there to celebrate a birthday. was asked when booking, and then was not asked about it during our dinner. but unlike that, we will definitely go back

Molly was amazing. The food was outstanding. My husband's steak was prepared perfectly. The Red Snapper was delicious. Dessert was off the charts. Service was spectacular. The bartenders made amazing drinks and were attentive. The atmosphere was made a great fining experience. By far one of the best meals I have had in a long time.

This was our 3rd visit to Silas and it just keeps getting better and better. The staff exudes enthusiasm. You can feel that they are a real team and love what they’re doing. The restaurant itself is beautiful as always. But of course the real star is the food! First, it’s so hard to choose from the diverse offerings. In our party we ordered the red snapper, the wagyu skewers and the lamb. We also shared the tempura mushrooms and the pork belly bao buns. Every bite was amazing! It’s obvious that the chef strives to produce a thoughtful, creative menu that never disappoints! This jewel of a restaurant is a bit of a drive but well worth the trip. Already planning our next visit.
