No flav... read more Every time I come into this Sheetz, something goes wrong. Very irritating! Today, I wanted a cup of coffee. Machine that despenses it broken down again. No flavoring comes out of 4 buttons. Just milk. Only one flavoring machine. Instead of two. Ladyreplied, oh, it was broken earlier. Well then put a sign on it! These machines are a pain in the duppa, have to press 20 timesto get any flavoring out. Irritating!!!

I don't know about the day staff, but the night staff is always lazy, nonchalant, standing around talking to each other, and just not doingtheir jobs very efficiently. I've ordered from this sheetz at least 5 times in the past 2 months, all during the night hours,and have never received a correctly made order once. I've worked at Sheetz for a time, and I know how food from here should be.They don't care enough to press the correct buttons on the friers to make the fried food crispy, instead it's a mushy mess,because these people simply do not care. Please, if you want sheetz, choose another location, as this one is HIGHLYunsatisfactory. Giving a two star for the pure fact that this place is a convenient location to get gas.

The errors weren’t minor; crucial ingredients were missing, resulting in terrible taste. I ordered a custom hot cappuccino with vanilla flavoring, and it turned out to be just milk and vanilla—completely missing the coffee. The other two times involved the dark chocolate chip mocha, which lacked both sugar and dark chocolate, consisting only of coffee, ice, and milk, with coffee bean bits floating in it. Every other Sheetz location I've visited has been much better. If you care about quality, I recommend avoiding this one.

Fifteen minutes later, people who... read more Absolutely the worst experience. I saw them prepare my order, then just leave the bag sitting on the counter in front of them. Fifteen minutes later, people who ordered well after me were already getting their food. When I asked if mine was almost ready, they said they hadn’t started it yet. Then they suddenly remembered—it was right there. To top it off, they forgot the fries.
