Baked Bouquet - Verona

I love using this Company make the best Cupcakes. I use them every year for different occasions. It was my first time picking up order from Baked Bouquet in Edison, New Jersey. The service was good In the employees were very helpful. Wife said that the Cupcakes were very delicious and she loved them For her valentine gift.

Wow rachel was extremely rude and unhappy because they provided me 6 stale cupcakes yesterday and i brought back 5 cupcakes today, she then told me they were cooked yesterday morning, i then proceeded to explain how my mom had bought for her friend on thursday and they were very moist m. Rachel then proceeded to tell me im only getting 5. She also didnt give me colored frosting only white frosting! Horrible customer service !!! She couldnt give me 6 new cupcakes because her life was sooo hard and she couldn’t provide me colored frosting because shes very miserable ! I think you need to reevaluate your employees !

Love this place! Had an arrangement sent to my sister and it was handled so beautifully. The cupcakes are the best and the people that work there are kind, responsive, and helpful. 10/10!

This is a very creative way to present someone flowers and cake at the same time. I was very impressed with my order and my wife loved it. Oh and the cake was also delicious.
