What Phillip Moore doesn't like about Ihop:
Can't say if the food is good or not. We never got a chance to order. Service was terrible. After 10 minutes a waitress finally stopped and asked if we were ready to order and we hadn't even gotten a menu yet. We politely excused ourselves after that. View all feedback.
