The food was grea... read more Had dinner at the bar tonight while I was staying at the Kimpton. The restaurant is beautiful and has unbelievable views of the ocean as well. The food was great and so was the service. I was told that the restaurant is getting a full refresh in the nearfuture, it looked pretty good to me as is!

Arrived a little early for our reservation, no problem, sat at the bar while we waited. Bartender, Corey, was extremely friendly and helpful with getting me a custom drink he makes. Talked to us about the menu and before weknew it, our table was ready. The server was very polite and attentive and the food was amazing. Best part of it all though, theview.

I am vegetarian and she offered me plenty of options and was very knowledgable about the menu. The grilled cheese was great. The view is great too. We willdefinitely be going back.

We were seated and someone swiftly came to t... read more Booked here as liked the look of the restaurant after a walk on the beach. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We were seated and someone swiftly came to take our order. The service before the meal was ok however the food was very disappointing.The steak was chewy and tough and the Mac and cheese side was cold. We sent this back and asked for this to be taken off thebill which it was. Once we had finished our meal it was clear from our plates that we didn’t enjoy it and we did tell thewaitress however nothing was said back, no apology or anything which was disappointing
