Stayed over for one night after skiing at Silver Star Mountain Resort. Had both dinner and breakfast buffet during our stay. The hotel view was Awesome and the food was wonderful. What Roy U doesn't like about The Castle Bistro:
Good place if you like comfort food. Used to go for the best fish and chips. Looked like they battered it themselves. Now they look like packaged. My friend ordered a refill on his beer and it came in a way smaller glass for the same price. When he called the bar guy over he said they are both 1 pint glasses. Beautiful place! Suites are spacious and airy. Lots of big trees and greenery. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing seem to have sat while other dishes were being prepared. Over all I would recommend this great restaurant and accommodations to anyone. We stayed in an upstairs unit that had a loft that was perfect for our kids or any adult guest that would need to have some privacy! The view from our room was amazing and relaxing.
The Bistro is fabulous! Excellent food good portions! Lovely atmosphere! Highly recommend!
Clean large rooms with dishwasher, cooker, oven and microwave. Fire, seating area and table and chair also a large balcony over looking the lake.
