Contribute FeedbackThe Square Four Pub in Vernon offers a mixed experience, with some customers finding the food subpar and service lacking, while others enjoy tasty dishes such as the Butter Chicken. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the new management brings promise for positive changes. Even though some dishes, like nachos and wings, were disappointing, the pub remains a favorite for many customers due to friendly service and delicious meals like fish and chips. Overall, the venue is worth trying, especially for drinks, but some specials may not be as impressive as expected.
I've been coming to Squires for 20 years and it is my favorite place to eat in the Okanagan. The strawberry cheesecake has been consistently outstanding as long as I've been coming here and the recipe has not changed. Note that TripAdvisor has the wrong hours of operation listed. Squires opens at 11 every day, not at 9.
A group of co-workers and I went for a dinner celebration and had a wonderful time at this pub/restaurant. The service was attentive and on time. Good food and no complaints from anyone who attended. Meals were presented well and had lots of food on the large plates. Great drink specials to take advantage of. A good time had by all!
Came here on the recommendation of my dad who lives in the area and goes here at least once a month. Had the steak sandwich , One of their specials here and it was actually really quite good. Smothered in mushrooms and done the way I asked. Service was attentive and I'm sure we will come back again. Reasonable for what I got. Filling.
Good food, great appetizers, well prepared drinks, good selections, nice friendly servers, clean, comfortable pub.
Have tried this place a few times, the bar is nice as is the building, but I found the food to be terrible, had salad the other night it was soggy, & the server said O WELL walked away, the wings were oily tasting ( old grease )? would NOT recommend Sqires
