Stopped in here for dessert, and got seated right away by the hostess, who started off our fantastic experience at this fine establishment. My wife and I got the tower of donuts, which came out fairly quickly given how busy it was. The food was great, and the dips were tasty. Best part of all was the caramel sauce which our hostess said was a must try. Would highly recommend checking this place out. A special shout out to Jade who made this experience truly superb. Jade, you're the hostess with the mostess!

Our family went to the Vernon, BC location tonight for dinner.Callum, our waiter, was excellent!!!Great food and reasonably priced. We never leave hungry, with their bottomless sides.This place is a family favourite.Thanks again for another enjoyable evening.

We went to enjoy my husbands birthday burger on June 28. The place had 4 occupied tables, perfection. We waited to be seated, we first sat in a booth and discovered it was wet and dirty, we moved to the lower table which turns out was the same. It took approximately 10 min for our server to arrive and ask if we wanted a drink. I ordered a slushy drink and received a watery drink $8. We asked for the table to be cleaned and he was happy to do so and apologized. Not sure why we didn't notice how dirty the whole place was when we walked in. Food all over the floor, the tables and chairs were dirty, the bathrooms were a disgrace. The staff sitting around doing nothing. Our server mentioned that they have a new general manager, Dustin of two months. If this is how he runs a business he needs to be retrained. We let our server know our concerns and asked if the kitchen was clean, he said yes. Do better, now we see why it wasn't busy.

Weekend evenings? Insanely busy!We had a great waitress but the kitchen seemed backed up.2 tables sat down after us and had their food come before ours did.It was ok because we were not in a rush. When we finally did get our food, it was done to perfection.I generally order either the Fish and Chips or the Bonzai Burger.The last 4 times, the Fish and Chips weren't that great. Fish were much smaller and when you are paying $21 for a meal, you want something substantial.This visit I have to say, did not disappoint. The Fish and Chips were perfect and I received 4 larger pieces. That made the meal worthwhile.My friend had ordered the Chicks and Shrimp and the past few visits, have been much smaller portions.This visit was perfect! The size of the plate was just the right size to fit everything on.We were more than pleased.Will definitely be back.?? ??

The tables were left dirty for hours, the service was terrible, and my burger was overcooked. I wouldn't recommend this place.
