Pizza Hut - Vernon

Seeing this place hasn't been reviewed in 2 years - not much has changed! We stopped in because of the special free toppings offer as advertised on TV and in-store. When we tried to add the free extra toppings to our pizzas, the server said that was an on-line promotion. My wife went and read the sign in the window and it clearly indicated this was not an on-line ordering promotion! When the waiter came back he was confronted by my wife and our friend. They told him the poster stated otherwise and if they were not going to honour it - they should take the poster down, as well as the outside signage indicating the promotion! The waiter said he would honour the free topping this time - just for us - WINK WINK! Yeah what a total bunch of malarkey. There were boxes stacked in a corner of the restaurant right behind us - yes - they were there last year too! This looks really crappy and is a definite no-no! We ordered boneless wings with Butter Chicken sauce - they were excellent as always! When our pizza's came we immediately were aware of some issues in quality. Our Maple bacon pizza had very little bacon on it!! What?? It appears they skimped on toppings because we had added the shaved steak as a free topping. TheRustic Italian was supposed to have smoked cheddar on it - couldn't taste it! The waiter admitted he had made a mistake as he found the free toppings when he input our order. Sadly their seemed to be a correlation with the free toppings and the lack of toppings overall. Pizza was good but not as good as it should have been. The restaurant was clean. Sadly there is a distinct communication barrier with the staff. Enough said!

Food very hot and quick and very good. Our server Sanjeewa was very pleasant and courteous. Will definitely be back.

It had been some time since I had been here. Sadly there is nothing positive I can say. The decore is dark and drab and seems dirty. We were met by a non smiling hostess, who told us to take a seat and just walked away, we waited for her to return so we could ask a question, then we sat at a table. The waitress walked by several times asking other diners if everything was alright, serving more coffee or just chatting. We sat patiently for 15 minutes, We had not even gotten water let alone been paid any attention, so we got up and left. As we were leaving the hostess asked the waitress if she had gotten our order, we said forget it. Went to the by the slice, was bright, clean and friendly. The pizza was not to shabby either. And Less expensive. We will not return there, so disappointed. Looks bad on the Pizza hut name

Hallelujah! A Pizza Hut location that is the actual classic "Hut" location so you can dine in! My friend and I went in for dinner on a Tuesday at 5:00pm. The place was like travelling back in time and I felt like I was 8 years old again. We ordered cheese breadsticks to start. They came with marinara sauce. They were crispy, cheesy and had a nice seasoning. For dinner we shared a medium pan pepperoni lovers. It was so good! The crust buttery and crispy, there was the right amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. It was great! There's nothing like a hot and fresh dine in pan pizza from Pizza Hut! To drink I had a fountain Diet Pepsi, and it was just like old times. Loved it. Definitely recommend if you want to enjoy a great Pizza Hut Pizza and feel like your a kid again! Restaurant was clean and service was efficient and friendly.

This used to be my most favorite pizza and now I'd rather buy a frozen pizza. Very little topping. Paid $19 for a medium. Picked it up then they told me you could have got 2 for $4 more. Very disappointed will not go back.
