Mug N Muffin - Vernon

Popped in for brunch with our family on our stay in Vernon.Soo happy that we did!The owners husband and wife were the only staff working and they took care of us so well!Hands down best service we have had in a very long time!The food was amazing and the prices were soo reasonable!Our kids loved it and had so much fun chatting with the owners.Would definitely come back to visit them and have another great meal!

Best breakfast joint in Vernon. Great couple runs it. Home cooked meals. You won't be disappointed. Great prices too!

Mug N Muffin is my 102nd eatery here in Vernon.I have never been here before. It is interesting to note I worked one block away from this restaurant for six years, but never ate here.I ordered the veggie omelette which included hashbrowns, brown toast, and a drink for $12.02 after taxes.Good luck finding a deal like that anywhere in town.I was amazed how big the plate was and that the hashbrowns are smothered in cheese. Finally, a place in Vernon makes proper hashbrowns. All hashbrowns should include cheese.There are a lot of Montreal Canadiens memorabilia as the owner's husband is a fan of the team.The owner herself has been running this place for sixteen years. She is extremely friendly and is an excellent conversationalist. She is hilarious if she has a free moment to talk to you.Nearly all customers come here during the morning given the neighbourhood's demographic. I was here at 1:30 and was the only customer inside for the next 45 minutes.The meal was delicious and I was absolutely full. The omelette and the hashbrowns were major highlights.I appreciated the music playing too.They also offer several condiments to put on your hashbrowns, omelette, or toast.My 102nd eatery is complete, and I will be back here soon.Vegetarian options: Hashbrowns. Veggie omelette.

Super old decor from the 80s, place has no changed in 40 years. no one goes for the decor. great food and made with love. iconic local place

Great little Mom and Pop run restaurant.. I had the Ham and Cheese omelette. It was awesome. Huge amount of food for under $10... I highly recommend stopping in for a bite..
