What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I was told that the pizza would be ready at 6:45 pm, but then I was informed that it would be an extra fifteen minutes. I returned at 7:00 pm, waited for ten minutes to assist, but was then told that it would be another ten minutes before the pizza was ready. It had been almost an hour since we were told it would be ready, and by 8:00 pm it would have been two hours since we placed our order. I would not recommend th... View all feedback. This is the worst pizza place ever! We waited for 30 minutes for someone to take our order and no one showed up! They didn't even acknowledge us or say they would be with us shortly. We finally got up and left, and ended up calling Winfield Pizza Hut to place our order. I will never return to Vernon Pizza Hut again, as this has been my experience every time I've been there.
