No one is coming to Dunkin for the exquisite cuisine but the service here is insanely efficient. Is the manager a former drill sergeant? I got through the line at 8:30 AM in a busy area all within the duration of one Billy Joel bop. It took seven people to complete my brkfast order. Are you for real? I guess there is no unemployment problem here. More training should be put in place. P.S. Drive thru customers are NOT more important than shop customers. I was ignored for too long last week. Pls improve service at Route 83 Rockville store. View all feedback.

Six people on and it took ten minutes for them to come over and ask for my order and I was the only one there. New girl was very nice. The rest were a joke!!!!
I just wanted to say that Juanita is a pleasure there! she is so friendly whenever I come in, I complimented her yesterday when I saw her, there’s a few others that are super friendly and know me and talk to me when I come in.
I Was Very Satisfied with getting a Fresh Hot Coffee with a blueberry muffin that helped me get Recharged after a sleepless night! It's not often someone gets a Fresh Hot coffee made to order though I was Very Satisfied with this Dunkin location because they have plenty of staff to help.i'm looking forward to coming back to this Dunkin again Very Soon!
