Their customer service could definitely use some improvements in communication—professionalism was lacking. My guests were not the ones holding the elevator. It was their own staff because they were moving tables. Granted their employee recognized that once the elevator came down. Still no apology. Second complaint, use less salt in your food. My guests complained about the saltiness of the food, and I had to agree.... View all feedback.
Breakfast and insight was great all other very unprofessional

Wonderful place. great eating and efficient friendly staff.
One of my favorite places in millions. from the cozy atmosphere to the amazing owners and employees - they must check this venue! eating is always top notch and I love tasting her new weine. the rooms are beautifully made and their meeting room is beautiful.
We were intrigued with this place because it is advertised as the oldest winery in South Dakota. Earlier this summer we visited the oldest winery in Ilinois. Wow. Never have we been to a winery that serves your samples in small plastic portion cups and gives you a small bag of oyster crackers. I guess they missed the PRESENTATION part of winemaking. No description of the wines, server did not engage us, talk about any of the wines, etc. Sadly, they are more concerned about bringing in different income sources with a B B on the 2nd floor of the building, and a banquet space to rent. Thought we would try the patio, and all the trees were overgrown. No view of the valley, and it appeared there was once a stage, but could tell that was long discontinued. The wine made our lips pucker! Didn't even purchase one bottle of wine.
