What Mantamariee doesn't like about Dunkin':
Either their espresso machine is broken or an oven is broken 90% of the time, which just leads me to believe they don't want to cook food or make espresso drinks. The drive thru line is always a mile long because they take forever so I will drive past andgo out of my way to another coffee shop just to avoid spending 20-30 minutes in a drive thru line. The service was awful and the food was all burnt. Everyone working except the guy taking our order was rude.

Wow I have to give today only 5 stars for Alyssa on the route 60 location, she went over and over customer service and saved the day for me with a wee 4 month after a long day of shopping I couldn't find my debit card and she took care of me out of her own pocket! Wow I never had anyone so nice in a drive thru before! I needed it today! Thanks girl I will be back to pay it back and pay it forward I promise!!! Go to Dünkin for such a wonderful staff!!

I always have a wonderful experience at this place, thanks to the friendly staff and efficient service. Today, unfortunately, I witnessed a customer treating one of the employees very poorly. It serves as a reminder for all of us to be patient and show gratitude to those working in the service industry, especially during tough times. No cup of coffee is worth disrespecting someone. Keep up the excellent work, DD team – you are truly appreciated!
