What Mark S doesn't like about Chez Francois Vermilion:
On a positive note, the appetizers, including lobster ravioli and corn bisque, were flavorful and quite satisfying. However, the main courses fell short; the sea bass was dry and tough, while the special fish lacked flavor, tasting overwhelmingly “fishy.” The dessert, a molten chocolate cake, was a highlight—rich and not overly sweet.

Chez Francois could only be improved by being located a bit closer to home. The 2-1/2 hour drive there just ads antica........pation. It's the drive home afterwards that is tough, but their excellent finishing coffee helps.

The best dining experience I have ever had! The food and staff are amazing!
Exceptional as always we are never disappointed. My wife and I had the Truffle Prix Fixe menu for the third year in a row and it was as amazing as the first. Omar and Michael took great care of us and Omars knowledge of the wines that were paired was informative and entertaining. Love this place.
