Painful food. Fish Calamari mixed with chips Can not taste the difference between Calamari and the chips. Fish soggy and rice very oily. For less money, I can buy a more delicious meal. Will not buy from them again. View all feedback.
We placed an order telephonically for grilled medium hake and rice. We were told that the order would be ready for collection within 25 mins. Our order was not ready when we went to collect and it was fried not grilled.
I have a query Ordered 1 Spicy Hake Pot Order Number 52 Three Rivers Fish Away 1 More Spicy Hake Pot Order Number 72. When at Home we found that we received Calamari and Rice in both orders. I'm not happy with this kind of service at all.
We had fishaways last night. Total came to over R300. That was the worst meal we ever had!! The fish was awful, the chips not fresh, horrible, the rise was scattered all over in the box, looked like someone's leftovers through in a box. The dogs had a good meal. We use to buy regularly from them until 2021 said it was the last time, tried now again, DEFINITELY the last time!! Waste of money.
Pathetic and unfriendly staff! Not even have business manners to come and tell you in person an order that you placed more than an hour ago couldn't be processed due to loadshedding....just walks away to the kitchen!! Will NOT recommend them or order again!!! Get your management in place....and stop the loud music during loadshedding!!
We recently tried and I was impressed. They've improved.
