The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the Meat Lovers dish was a real highlight as well. The service was impeccable, also deserving a full 5 out of 5 stars. The atmosphere was delightful, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Had a terrible experience at Urban Eatery tonight, made a booking a week ago for valentines, on the outside, first the booking was wrong, they wanted to place u... read more Had a terrible experience at Urban Eatery tonight, made a booking a week ago for valentines, on the outside, first the booking was wrong, they wanted to place us in the garden by the play area, I refused, they shuft us into a corner table, with a leave hang right in your face. Then had to go and asked for a waiter, order cherry ale, they said not available anymore, asked for a slushy as ons the menu, not available, I asked her why is all still on the menu? Then order a water, at least they had some.. My husband ordered a beer. We saw that there was no control, so we immediately ordered the platter for 2,, had to ask for side plates, that was not clean,I had to clean it with wet wipes, the cutlery was also not cleaned properly.. The waitress did not bring us sauses and appetizers as usual, when I asked she said it's to busy, they are not serving it tonight. The seafood platter was really dissipointed, as we had it many times before... Lack of management, training and overall service, use to be our favorite place to go, guess we'll just find another restaurant.. Urban Eatery use to be our first choice, but not after tonight.
