I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the customer service. The attitude of the staff was awful. When I requested a specific dish from the waitress, she informed me it was unavailable. However, another waitress later said I could order it. After waiting 35 minutes for my meal, I was extremely disappointed. The dish was over-seasoned with black pepper to the point where my eyes watered, and my tongue felt swollen. It was truly unappetizing. To make matters worse, the waiter seemed disorganized; we had to remind her to apply my grandfather's pensioner discount. I have no plans to return.

Cafe Paparazzi has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff are extremely friendly! I tried the Mediterranean pizza, and it was simply delicious; they were very generous with the toppings! It’s the best pizza I’ve had in quite a while. I will definitely be returning!
