It’s been a while since we’ve been the Le Trèfle in Hochelaga so we wanted to check out the Verdun location. Fantastic beer selection and excellent, unpretentious service. We didn’t eat but the food choices looked delicious. The pub is really spacious with a huge terrasse in the front. Loved how they had all the front windows open was perfect for grabbing a 5pm beer. What User doesn't like about Le Trèfle:
The bar itself has a good atmosphere and friendly staff, however, they charge 30$ for their hamburger and it 's very mediocre. They have 3 burgers to choose from on the menu.. a vege burger, a chicken burger and lastly their gourmet hamburger. I 've had burgers from all over the world and must say that this is the most expensive mediocre burger that I 've ever had in my life. Hardly any meat (also overcooked), all br... View all feedback.

They have a very interesting selection of seasonal beers. The service is substandard, mostly performed by unprofessional and rude waiters who are not concerned about client satisfaction. The food concept is of a modern, stylized pub food that wastes good ingredients on overpriced and poorly executed dishes. Overall, very disappointing.
Le Trèfle: A Pub with Character and Quality: Le Trèfle has quickly become our regular haunt for 5 à 7s, and it's not hard to see why. The pub exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to settle in and spend the evening. The old-school dark wood decor enhances the charm and character of the place, making each visit feel a bit like a step back in time. What stands out about Le Trèfle, aside from the ambience, is the quality of their food. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a meal, you can expect tasty, well-prepared dishes that complement the laid-back vibe of the pub. The staff adds to the appeal, always providing friendly and efficient service. They help to create the welcoming, casual environment that makes Le Trèfle a great place to relax and unwind. When the weather allows, the summer terrace at the front of the pub is a fantastic spot to enjoy your food and drinks in the open air. It's another aspect of Le Trèfle that keeps us coming back. In short, Le Trèfle ticks all the boxes for a quality pub: great atmosphere, good food, friendly service, and an enjoyable outdoor space. It's a place that feels comfortably familiar yet always offers something new to enjoy.
Everything you could hope for in an Irish Pub. The staff if great, the customers are generally great, and the ambiance is great. I for one was finding the bar options very limited when I first moved in Verdun some 12 years ago, and this new addition to the scene and nightlife is a welcome one. They also have a great menu. Never was able to try the food (always get there too late) but I 've heard great things from my friends, and just reading it makes you want to eat everything on it!
Our new favorite go-to date night spot in the area. Cozy and fun ambiance, great food and rotating selection of beers which is always fun for us. I will say, our waitress was tipsy by the time we were about to leave on our recent visit so she was less than attentive when we needed the bill, it left a bit of a sour taste for us that night but overall that is not our regular experience here and waiters/waitresses are normally top notch.
