Café Saint-henri (verdun)

The best way to describe my experience is "meh." I really don’t understand what all the excitement is about. The cozy atmosphere great for long study sessions just isn’t for me; I’m more focused on finding great coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was just okay—not remarkable in any way. On the bright side, the barista did know the type of bean used in my latte. However, at about $5.50 for a rather small latte, I don’t think I’ll be returning. There are plenty of excellent cafes nearby that offer better coffee for a more reasonable price.

The coffee is quite good, and the staff is friendly. There's a nice variety of seating options available. However, it can be a bit pricey, and their baked goods could use some improvement.

The atmosphere is bright, clean, and inviting, making it an ideal spot for studying or enjoying a coffee date. The warmth inside provides a cozy escape on a chilly winter day. The bathroom is also impressively clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff members are friendly and professional. I definitely plan to return!

Some baristas tend to speak quite loudly, which can make it difficult to concentrate. This may not be the ideal spot if you're looking for a place to focus on your work.

Fantastic coffee! There’s a great variety of pastries. The staff is consistently friendly. The only aspect that could use some improvement is the wait time to place an order. However, I noticed that there was usually just one person working, so that’s understandable.
