The mimosas were delicious, and the service was very friendly.

The decor, background soundtrack, and ambiance sets the tone for one of the most memorable dining experiences to date. The staff, though short-staffed (like mostplaces now a days) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu selections. I overindulged in the flavorful Korean shortribs with shaved Brussels sprouts AND the 40 Smash which is a mashed baked potato with jalapenos, black olives, onions, cheddarcheese... I chose the smoked Tri-tip with the house BBQ sauce and C40 drizzles and sour cream. ???? ???? If you find yourselfhungry and on the opposite end of the highway near Verdi, do yourself a favor and make Chop 40 a food destination to stop by forsome great vibes and food!
