Best Western Plus Boomtown Casino

Travelling to business, with few days added time to me. Hotel provided, Terrible Service! The staff was very pleasant, but I Spent 8 days and room was waited ZERO times! Needed to request towels and put the garbage in front of the door. Room was ok, not the cleanest, but definitely not the worst, type of small (especially bathroom). Was a king room overlooking the indoor pool?. Hotel location is perfect! Not a casino person and it is close to many state and national parks so happy I spent little time in the room!

Boomtown is a good casino overall. It's good to bring kids. It has a big arcade and some fun rides. The food is good and the RTP on the machines is fair. The machines are not excessively narrow and you can have a very good experience here. There are hiking trails not far from here along the river Truckee, which is also a nice thing to do during the day.

Stay here when you visit Reno. Much better than staying downtown! This place is a simple yet beautiful property with good views. Nice people and good service. Cool casino that is family friendly with a fun center. The steakhouse is fantastic. RV park too. I definitely recommend visiting.

Loved the room and view, it was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. There is great cheap food 24/7 at Mel's. The floor has a variety of machines, definitely something for everyone. The bar tenders were very nice and attentive, and made delicious drinks. There was live music by talented artists. Had fun playing and luckily won a little! Overall had an enjoyable experience at Boomtown this will always be the spot to stay when coming to reno!

We enjoyed our stay in Boomtown. Our room was very comfortable and well maintained. Had a little problem and it was treated within minutes, thanks to Jessie. decided to stay one more night and had no problems adding the night. I'm sure you stay here.
