In beautiful weather I sit outside and enjoy the cake with coffee. I haven't tried the homemade ice cream yet. The rooms that merge into one another are designed differently with different furniture, a fully lovingly furnished coffee house. At the back there is a smoker area that is also used. But the best thing for me was the “Seiferth specialty cakes” known far beyond the city boundaries: a calorie bomb made from almond soil, cream and marzipan, decorated with small chocolate bottles. The recipe is absolutely secret, the owner has even secured the patent on the name. The very beautifully designed shop window shows creatively designed cakes and other treats, e.g. the Verden horse apples, which are made from chocolate and look similar to the real horse apples for confusion.
