Well worth booking a table for dinner going for one of the dishes whose ingredients are prepared over the open flame range visible in the main dining area. One of our party had had a skiing accident earlier that day, and had to be driven from the hospital in Sion which is a 2 hour round-trip. Nevertheless the restaurant kept our reservation open on a very busy Saturday night even though we were an hour late. This was the best meal we had in Verbier and we thoroughly recommend La Grange.
