The service was honestly unacceptable. We had made a reservation in advance and clearly specified that we wanted to sit outside and have raclette and fondue. When we arrived, we were abruptly told that they “don’t serve raclette outside” — something that was never communicated beforehand. The waiter (blonde with very distinctive pointed mustaches) was particularly rude and unprofessional. He was passive-aggressive from the start, clearly trying to discourage us from sitting outside, and even threw the menu on the table in an arrogant and disrespectful way. The attitude alone ruined the entire experience. No customer should be treated like this. Would not recommend.

Food is only ok. Bit of a tourist trap situated on the main square. Have been times over last years when first time when I booked others when others have booked. Staff can be a bit rude and agressive some...might say colourful. But not my taste. Too much in your face and you as a customer are taken for granted. There are much better places in Verbier for a more classic fare and much higher quality of staff.

We asked for a raclette all you can eat When we were eating the owner start to make annoying jokes and be very irregular with the service. The owner saw that we were unpleasant and try...to satisfy us with shoots. As a conclusion, this restaurant could be top, unfortunately the owner is not up to the task.
