We did not even have to use the sauces pr... read more This restaurant is right by the roundabout in the centre of Verbier. The broth for the Fondue Chinoise was very tasty. We did not even have to use the sauces provided. There was both beef and chicken for the Fondue but you could ask for only beef. The chicken was very tender but the beef (which was cut into cubes) was difficult to cook.

The service was honestly unacceptable. We had made a reservation in advance and clearly specified that we wanted to sit outside and have raclette and fondue. When we arrived, we were abruptly told that they “don’t serve raclette outside” — something that was never communicated beforehand. The waiter (blonde with very distinctive pointed mustaches) was particularly rude and unprofessional. He was passive-aggressive from the start, clearly trying to discourage us from sitting outside, and even threw the menu on the table in an arrogant and disrespectful way. The attitude alone ruined the entire experience. No customer should be treated like this. Would not recommend.
