undoubtedly the most creative kitchen of verber. more excellent and beautiful to look. the bar offers custom cocktails to your taste. You don't like it? another cocktail will be offered. It is also possible to taste small tapas and mini burgers if you want to eat a small piece!Finally the nature wine list, unique to verber and an excellent atmosphere. a place to verb that I strongly recommend visiting! This used to be a trendy sushi place, and may well be again if this pop-up experiment isn't repeated. They are trying to mimick the hip modern gastro-dining you'd find in London or LA with slick presentation and unusual ingredient combinations, but my guests didn't think it worked. What a nice surprise for those who want to get out of traditional settings and tastes. That of the quality. of the welcome (trendy staff and especially super nice and coming,) to the service (effective, dynamic and good advice) to the quality of food and cocktails. He was missing a restaurant from that guy to verb. You did it. We'll be back. You deserve it.

Very nice place, the kitchen is refined, a delight... Very pleasant atmosphere I recommend the place for its cocktails and its talented cuisine
Family of 5 adults had dinner here. Small menu but they excel at what they do. Really couldn't fault it. Very very good food. Taster menu is better value than a la carte. We had 4 courses for 69CHF per person - 2 courses a la carte would have cost more. Pricey but very good . Best meal this week in verbier so far and we are on day 5.
I've been enjoying the colin rey chef my making a small beef tartar nut and yellow orgasmic egg to 69 degrees! A pure wonder! atmosphere to the top smiling team beautiful spirits in general! Good vibes!
