Extreme disappointment. For a venue charging CHF 100+, the value proposition is nonexistent. I paid 8 CHF for a cup of tea, yet the establishment refuses to provide basic WiFi access to paying customers. The atmosphere is oppressive and unpleasant, characterized by a heavy smell of cigars and a pervasive gloom. While the service was passable, it does not justify the exorbitant pricing or the lack of modern hospitality standards. Avoid this location if you value your money or a welcoming environment. A complete waste of time and resources.
Horrible. Pasta was soft, totally not al dente, and the tomato sauce was literally tasteless. The burger was a nightmare, the only good part of it were French fries. I gather, the cook used to work in a fish&chips outlet prior to W.
