It als... read more Okay, so this is one of those restaurants without a view. View is of the car park and street. It can't live off the view of the beach or anything scenic. It also doesn't have a great ambiance with outside patio, limited indoor seating in a usually noisy environment with music loud enough to be heard outside. It also has several immediate vicinity competitors. So why four stars?? Pretty simply, basic food, well prepared, competitively priced in a local family run restaurant where the family is on site and makes every effort to make you happy and feel welcome. It does well because it does food well and isn't marking it up because of the view. You're paying for good food pleasantly served. A little broader menu in the peak season would be good, the off season menu is a little better but slows the kitchen down. Summer menu is faster to prepare. Popular with locals.
