Comparing to lounge 19 or grand lounge, this lounge has not much to offer. if you have priority pass go to the other lounges.

I have used this lounge many times and it is very good in all aspects, but today I arrived to the airport 4 hours in advance and was not allowed to enter, I called the manager to complain and I was told their policy is to reject customers until 2 hours before their schedule flight departure unless they are arriving from a previous connection flight. I could understand this if the lounge was very busy but it was almost empty. I usually try to arrive 3 hours before the scheduled departure as recommended by all airlines, but this time traffic in Mexico City was unusually light and I arrived four hours in advance. The airline suggested me to arrive at he departure gate 70 minutes in advance, since I would only be allowed to enter 120 minutes in advance it means that most customers are allowed to enjoy the facility for 50 minutes! In my case it would mean that from the 4 hours I needed the service I would only be able to enjoy it 50 minutes...... it does not make sense to pay the expensive credit card anual fee for such a mediocre policy. To be fair this abusive and irrational policy isn’t the lounge’s staff fault, it may be my bank’s or the MasterCard company’s fault and that is why I still rated the lounge as very good.

This Lufthansa Lounge is located on the second floor near gate j22. Is completely abandoned! Nothing to compare with Munich, Rome or London airport lounge. no personal no closer for bag nothing to eat somethings to drink but not fruit juice For me is the worst ever visited in the world!

As vip lounge is not the bests ones Service and clean: Good Size is smallest than other, you can take a rest Not showers not rest rooms

Esperamos en una interminable lista de espera, la atención del establecimiento fue pésima sobre todo en la entrada ¡pésimo! Es la primera vez que mi pareja y yo venimos a este lugar y fue muy amarga nuestra experiencia, pero eso sí les recomendamos que lleguen hablando inglés o algún otro idioma para que les den la mínima atención que se merecen. En todo caso, estuvo mejor Lounge 19 que está a unos pasos.
