Waba Grill - Ventura

The restaurant offers brown rice in a plastic bowl with beautiful black ridges, and the outdoor patio is shaped like an L, with two tables that complement each other. The menu is wide, and the indoor booth has limited seating. The grill is spacious, and meals can be customized with a choice of chicken, steak, or both. Prices are reasonable, but can be higher for extra sauce. The atmosphere is colorful and sunny, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is popular with customers and offers a unique dining experience. I highly recommend trying their delicious dishes.

Service no to good take to long to help and the food is not good l order salmon this is the only place l don't like every other waba is really good außer this one

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I requested to cancel my order because the chicken was extremely dry, but I was made to wait until a manager arrived. I ended up having to take the food because I couldn't wait any longer. It's unfortunate that they would rather lose a customer than fulfill an order properly. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Our order was ready for picking up when we arrived, the dumplings were delicious, and portions were generous.
