Luna Grill - Ventura

I ordered a grilled chicken salad at this restaurant and was disappointed to find out that they had forgotten to add the chicken when I picked up my takeout. When I called to inform them, it took about 15 minutes for them to tell me that it would take a few days for them to refund me, which was frustrating. Despite this mishap, the food itself was good, but the service could definitely be improved.

The staff at this restaurant, particularly manager Carlos, are extremely friendly and professional. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, especially the Santorini Bowl with chicken. All the protein options are grilled and tasty. The location is clean, light, and spacious, making it perfect for group lunches and family meals. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available and the location is convenient.

This restaurant is highly overrated. The food is not exceptional and it is very misleading to see it rated close to 5 stars. The dishes are just average, with flavors and spices that are more bland than flavorful.

I love it hear normally but my loaded fries had so many burnt unknowns in it I spent more time picking them out than eating
