Jersey Mike's Subs - Ventura

Fantastic service! The person who made my sandwich even offered to pay for me if I ordered it "Mike's way," and it tastes amazing! By the way, I got a turkey and provolone sandwich with bacon, and I'm enjoying it right now. Unfortunately, I forgot to tip, but I plan to double my tip the next time I visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—much better than Subway!

I accidentally ordered a giant Italian sub from Jersey Mike's in Ventura while I live in Santa Barbara. How did that happen? I'm still not quite sure. But we turned it into a fun day trip! We drove 38 miles to pick up the sub and then headed to the beach. Jersey Mike's maintains a high corporate standard, and this location delivered perfectly. The sandwich was fresh, packed with delicious ingredients, neatly arranged, cut, and very inviting—almost like the pictures you see in their ads. The restaurant was clean and ran efficiently, even on a busy Saturday in Ventura. The staff was friendly and attentive. While I’m not sure I’d make the 38-mile drive again just for a sandwich, I would definitely stop here again if I’m in the area. Plus, parking was easy, and the shopping plaza around it was nice as well.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic! I recently visited and witnessed a customer next to me make a scene, complaining that her sandwich was cut into quarters instead of thirds. She overreacted and slammed her hand on the counter, as if it were a major crisis. However, Brittany, the employee handling the situation, managed it like a true professional. I want to say, Brittany, I’m sorry you have to deal with such difficult customers sometimes; that woman definitely owes you an apology! I will definitely be returning to this location.
