Great family ran restaurant. Food and service is always amazing. We drive 4 hours just to stop in.

Just discovered this great authentic BBQ (Brisket) and amazing Mac n cheese and super great baked beans! Family owned and run, this place has a real. Culinary chef that became a master of BBQ also. A former Chili cook off contest great, he is lending his advanced culinary skills to J Wolf Catering-BBQ as the owner and operator. Great for catering (duh) and especially good for to go orders or dine-in. Brisket is very hard to find in Ca. Especially when it's done to perfection. J Wolf smokes their brisket for hours over Res Oak, and the tenderness and smoky flavor are world class. I've lived all over the US, including Idaho, TX and North Carolina, sampling BBQ all over- including Tennessee! J Wolf is right up there with the best and most famous and is actually better than the Rendezvous in Memphis. Enjoy the food and atmosphere and I will be back and hope to order for catering a large party for the holidays!

Wow! We just ordered out a dozen pork ribs. They were amazing. Incredible side of coleslaw spicy and just the right texture. I had a glass of wine inside while waiting beautiful space. Looking forward to coming back for more food.

It took 45 minutes to get a tri tip sandwich a very small side of potato salad, it wasn't too busy at all there was 1 order ahead of me. I spent my entire lunch hour sitting around. 2 stars because the sandwich was ok.

Gotta say I found my new favorite bbq spot. I tried the tri tip sandwich, baby back ribs, and pork belly sandwich and it was all delicious, perfectly cooked. Great customer service as well, they make you feel really welcomed once you walk in the door. So folks if you haven't ate here, what are you waiting for.
