The $8.49 deal is now $9.29. It's less of a good deal and more of an effective 10% discount. Went on a Sunday and was planning to get the Italian sub for the discount- but since the discount isn't really much of a discount anymore I opted to get a Cajun chicken sub which I like better and was about $11 out the door. Service was good today, staff was polite and got my order correct. Restaurant is very clean as always. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
Frozen food sold at expensive price. The meat actually comes in frozen plastic bags that are heated in a microwave or water bath infront of you. The sides are nothing but bottled drinks and packaged chips. These can be found at any convenience store For the price of medium sub, you can get fresh meal at any other major franchise. The best subs around.Everything is fresh ... the place is clean... the service perfect. Kills subway, even Jersey Mikes.
Great sandwiches!Kid-friendliness: My kids love it!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair convenient.
I had an Italian sub on my last visit. Genoa salami, pepperoni, honey ham, melted provolone, Italian dressing... good stuff. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and bright. Prices aren't bad for what you get.
I decided to give Firehouse Subs a try and ordered two subs in mid-July 2023. Unfortunately, the subs were terrible, and I couldn't even eat the leftovers the next day—I ended up throwing them away. The subs are made behind a barrier, so customers can't see what the server is putting on the buns. On top of that, the prices are significantly higher than the competition. I won’t be returning.
I tried the turkey sub special for the first time yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious! I'm disappointed that I waited so long to visit this place. I’ll definitely be returning on Tuesdays for the turkey club sandwich.
