What Brian A. Becker doesn't like about Bigstraw Boba:
Really bad milk tea. I’m not that picky but this stuff was gritty and tasked like it was from powder (which it probably was). I really don’t understand the positive reviews here. Maybe manipulation? Unfortunately, you still have to go to Oxnard for decent milk tea. View all feedback.
Horrible rude service she wasn't inviting as we made our order, my teas was weak and thr flavor was more water. Hers she couldn't understand why the teas couldn't be milk substituted even them her matcha was terrible more milk then anything, then got a new one which was a brown sugar tea the covered the bottom with choclate syrup and thats all you could taste unfortunate since we come to plaza for vons etc in the area but oh well a waste of 12 dollars.
Fun little spot with a big menu. You may want to look up a menu and plan ahead if you're indecisive. The quality of the drinks and boba is good.Dietary restrictions: Offers almond and oat milk as dairy alternatives, but some flavors may still contain dairy proteins or other dairy products.
This place is a hit or miss. I come in weekly while doing laundry and some days it is amazing, other days it tastes like powder and is chalky. On good days this place makes me want to go back and buy two. On a bad day it is a wast of 10 bucks. 50/50 that it will be amazing or the worst.
This is the cutest place ever! It's the perfect place to take instagram pictures with the cute designs and artwork.I have never had boba and the girl working there was very nice and explained the different options. I got the strawberry banana and it was really good and refreshing.
Unfriendly staff, boba is too big for the straws, and tea is yucky
