I had the mozzarella and tomato with pesto grill cheese with a side tomato bisque soup. the grilled cheese was great, but the cheese wasn't melted, so the sandwich came apart. the bique was very good, think tomato chucks, but the soup was only warm. View all feedback.
What H S doesn't like about 805 Grilled Cheese:
Poor quality food. Chicken tasted like fish as if it was prepared without cleaning the oven top after cooking fish. Great server. Bad quality food and pricy for what it was. Will not go back. Cooks backstage workers walked in out were dirty. Dirty silverware glasses with flies everywhere. No health grade on windows I wonder why!!!! View all feedback.
I've been here a few times and the service and tastiness of the sandwiches are spot on. The view of the harbor enhanced our time there. Groupons or Living Social usually have a cheese platter and bottle of wine deal which can be easily used here and is worth it. Our waiter gave us a sample of the wine before we made our choice.

Bad experience. The service was terrible and there were dirty dishes on the tables. I heard the server apologizing over and over to customers. It took forever to even put in a drink order, and way longer to finally get our drinks. Then the server said they weren’t able to make one of the drinks after all. This was after 40 minutes of waiting. One person in our group ordered an Old Fashion and apparently they didn’t know how to make it properly either so he just cancelled his drink once he saw what they gave him. We asked for our check and the initial bill had the cancelled drinks on it still so we had to flag down the server to get it fixed. More waiting around to get the tab fixed. Very frustrating.
Four of the five of us spent the first 20 minutes in the bathroom after paying way more money than the food was worth. The servers were all rude and we watched two of them bickering at each other and one of them having a melt down on the cook...it took 30 minutes just to be told they were out of gluten free buns for my wife who is allergic to gluten...no big deal, she opted for the salad...the salad came with a noodle in it? Guess what? she got sick immediately....great way to start our family vacation.
