I'm giving it 3.5 stars because there's one very annoying issue: in the women's restroom, the hygiene bins aren't secure. I found myself in a stall where the bin lid was open, which wasn't pleasant. I closed the lid, but more hygienic bins would be welcome. On the other hand, kudos for the coat/bag hook; you don't find them everywhere.
