The staff was very attentive and the food was top notch. This place is a real jewel in a ski resort. We would be more than glad to recommend this place.

We passed by on account of the high rating on... read more I feel like this is the kind of restaurant where you can order anything off of the menu and it would be delicious. We passed by on account of the high rating on here and we were so satisfied on all accounts! The food was beautiful: tasty, good portions and clearly considered. Partner had the cod - light, with a tasty sauce - and I had the jarret de porc, which was truly amazing - slow-cooked and topped with a slightly spicy crust. Both were served with chips which were just great - I don't know how you can make chips great, but they were!! Desserts were also really lovely. The service was probably the best part - attentive but not intrusive, my favourite kind. The chef also came out to wish us bon appetit, which was a nice surprise! It was the end of the night so I doubt he does that often but kind nevertheless. Wines well recommended too. I would definitely recommend L'Entracte - it's a little different from the 'specialités Savoyardes' offered by every other restaurant but I can guarantee you will enjoy the food.
