Was Chuck Juracsik at Wendy's a mag?
We got the family bucket chili and 50 chicken nuggets ? You can't shake a stick at that. And 50 nuggets not as much as you think. We always put the chilli over rice when we get home. Satisfying meal. View all feedback.

Went here with my husband this afternoon for burgers. 10/10. The burgers were HOT so much so that it was almost hard to hold them at first which I loved. All of the modifications on the burgers were correct. Drive through didn?t have a long wait. Only thing that could have been better was that there were no napkins in the bag. However, we did just go through a hurricaneso I?m assuming they probably just ran out.

Super sad, we just went through the drive-thru. It was about 7:35 on Sunday night and I got a large chili. I opened it up to start eating it and it was borderline cold and they were scooping it out of a white container next to the drive-thru when wewent through but I thought wow! They're really serving up a lot of chili to have it right there but I think maybe it's sat thereway too long.

I’ve received the wrong order too many times, and I’m starting to wonder why I even bother. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I speak loudly and clearly, yet I still don’t get what I ordered. Unfortunately, there’s always a line behind me, and I don’t want to hold anyone up, so I don’t check my bag until I get home. Twice I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and ended up with regular ones (yes, it does matter). Just now, I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, but I got a regular small cheeseburger with onions and ketchup—the two ingredients I absolutely can’t stand. That’s precisely why I order the Junior Bacon, because it doesn’t have those toppings. I made the mistake of leaving without a receipt, so I can't follow up or file a formal complaint. I’m done. Usually, I’m an easy-going and forgiving person, but I just can’t tolerate such incompetence anymore.

I ordered through the app and selected drive-thru pickup. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was told I had to go inside, even though I specifically chose drive-thru. Then they said my order would be at the pickup area, but when I asked, it wasn’t there. Now I’ve been waiting another 10 minutes for my food. If I wanted to come inside, I would have chosen that option. The staff seemed lazy and poorly trained. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Almost every time I visit this Wendy’s location, my order is partially incorrect. However, my main reason for writing this review is my experience today. I ordered two kids' meals for my younger siblings and asked for bacon on both. It seemed the drive-thru attendant only added bacon to one because she didn’t hear me properly. When I pointed out the mistake, she insisted I hadn’t requested bacon on both. After going back and forth a few times, she finally took the burger back to add the bacon. Then, a much larger blonde woman, probably in her mid-30s, approached very aggressively, shoved the food into my hands, and walked away. We’ve had a separate unpleasant encounter with this same woman before, where she denied an item we had ordered and was even more hostile. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names. Overall, this location is very unprofessional, and I would recommend reconsidering eating here. The only time my order is ever correct is when the younger male manager with tattoos is working the drive-thru.
