However, for... read more This place has the worst takeout and customer service I've ever experienced. We used to order weekly because it's close by and the food is decent. However, for the past few weeks, my online orders have not gone through, even though I receive a confirmation text. When I arrive to pick up my order, there’s nothing ready. The most frustrating part is that the staff seems indifferent. They don’t apologize; they simply say there's nothing they can do and move on to the next customer. On one occasion, they remade the order while my husband waited, but they didn’t offer any discount for the inconvenience—nothing at all. It's a terrible way to run a business. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Plus, my gyoza was frozen and obviously taken straight from a bag. I sent it back because it was inedible, and I’m usually not a picky eater.
