A delightful experience in a cozy setting with only 36 seats available. Although it was my first visit, I noticed several regular customers. We signed up on the waitlist at the door and only had to wait about 5 minutes, during which we chatted with a gentleman who had walked from church and got a ride back with two young ladies. While we were waiting, a group arrived, and the longtime server introduced them to the new owner. On Wednesdays, they offer a special featuring potato pancakes, which makes me wonder if that's a result of the new owner's influence. The food was delicious and had a distinct New Jersey flair; I ordered the Taylor Ham sandwich, and it was spot on.
The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It seems the restaurant is under new management, and the menu has been updated.
I really enjoyed this charming little restaurant for breakfast recently. The service was excellent, and the food was hot and fresh. I'm looking forward to returning when I'm in the area again. Make sure to arrive early, as lines tend to form outside, and you might have to wait for a table. Enjoy! I also visited again last month for my birthday with friends, and we loved the breakfast omelets. It's a fantastic place with delicious food!
Goodness in a small space. There's only 36 seats in the place. First time ever, but there are a lot of regular. We had to sign the wait list at the door, waited about 5 minutes. Most of that time we chatted w/ a gentleman who had walked from church. Hegot a ride back w/ two young ladies. A group came in who the long time server introduced the new owner. Loved this little place the other day for breakfast. We had great service and the food was hot and fresh. Can't wait to go back when we are in the area again. Get there early as lines form outside and you may have to wait on a table. Enjoy! Stopped backin for my birthday last month with friends and enjoyed our breakfast omelet's. Great place and good food!
