Only the drive-thru was open, the lobby area was closed. The manager explained that they were understaffed and very apologetic.
This Dunkin Donuts location is consistently disappointing. They never seem to improve. Despite not being very busy, they still can't seem to pay attention to getting orders correct. I asked for 2 creams and 3 sugars in my coffee, but it came out looking more like milk and was watery. It was like drinking water with a hint of coffee. I also requested a donut, but it took them 5 attempts before they finally got it right.
The coffee was weak and tasted more like warm water. It was disappointing, but since I was already on the highway, I didn't have much choice but to drink it.
Ordered 2 sausage wake wraps both came out with egg and no sausage and they also didn’t give me a receipt to complain
It took 15 minutes to get my order (small black coffee and 3 donuts. The woman in front of me ordered a small hot chocolate.There was water all over the floor and I slipped. I told the cashier and she said, we're aware of the situation in the meantime I was slipping all over the place! I asked for them to please put an ice cube in my coffee, they didnt so the manager gave me a plastic cup of ice!!! If my husband didnt want those donuts i would have slipped and slid my way out of there! Wont be going back.
