The sandwich Raffael recommended was great tasting! Smoked cheese, pork and a red cabbage type slaw. He made a great beer recommendation for this light beer lover. He allowed us to use their clean restroom in this small pub type restaurant.
Service 1/5 no menu available even upon request. Making excuses that never heard about house vine. Food 3/5 tapas. Regular. Price 1/5 β¬11 for 2 drinks and 2 bites for take away. Will NOT be back.
You can drink Italian and German beer and Irish whiskey, eat chicken strips and never ending potato chip baskets, listen to reggae music, as you admire the sunset over the Venice lagoon and the street toward St. Mark's Square. Sera was our waitress and was always on top of our drinks. The place gets busy, but customers are never forgotten. Sit outside to get the best people watching and sunset viewing. Make sure you get a well rounded taste of the menu with the fish, sandwiches, and the tapas! Mangia!
Everyone was very nice. The drinks were good but slightly higher then what we have found. Also more of a local spot. That said if you would like a late night option with fun people manning it then check it out.
This friendly bar has a selection of beers on tap that rivals nearly every place in Venice. They also have an excellent selection of bottled beers. Their selection of cicchetti, or the tapas-like bar food in Venice, is broad and of excellent quality, as are their sandwiches. Friendly and attentive service.
