Amazing historic café. Prices are a little bit out of hand! Understand paying a premium, but it's bordering on ridiculous.
Really good and delicious One of the most famous and oldest cafes in the world, located in the iconic Piazza San Marco in the heart of Venice, Italy. Here are some key facts about this historic cafe: The oldest in Italy: Founded on December 29, 1720, by Floriano Francesconi, the cafe was initially called Alla Venezia Trionfante (To Victorious Venice), but patrons quickly changed its name to Floriano in honor of its owner. It is considered the oldest continuously operating cafe in Italy and one of the oldest in the world.
An iconic place that blends history and luxury. Prices are relatively high, but the experience is worth it, especially for lovers of heritage sites and sophisticated atmospheres.
2 stars on the food only because it's ridiculously over priced. €18 for a coke zero should tell you enough. If I did it over again we would have gotten the breakfast platter for €60 with fruit, pastries, and other items. The coffee was good but again way over priced. I suggest eating outside vs inside.
