Then I went t... read more Avoid this place unless you are paying with cash not card! My Partner tried to pay for our lunch twice to be told that his card had been declined. Then I went to pay with a different card, which I was also told by the incredibly rude staff that it had not gone through. I tried to show the staff that the money had gone out of my bank account on my app. Only to be told that do we expect they chef to work for free? We were then accused of trying not to pay. The manager then was call over.Meanwhile the customer behind us tried 3 different cards and the staff kept telling her that they had been declined. Another member of staff then told me it was a problem with our banks and then told me to shut up every time I tried to explain how can there be problems with 5 different cards belonging to 3 different people. We were right and the restaurant was wrong the money has been taken out from both our bank account. We end up paying twice for lunch and now have the hassle back home of contacting our bank about this matter. Either this is a scam, there is a problem with the merchants card machine or just an mistake on the restaurant part. Even so,terrible customer service I have never been told to shut by a member of staff or excused of not paying anywhere in the world! Avoid!!!

Food was fresh, well present... read more On a short Viking tour to Burano we decided to grab a quick lunch before boarding. Su e Zo is off the Main Street but a great find. Food was fresh, well presented and service was friendly and efficient. We had two seafood pasta dishes and the flavors of pasta, vegetables and fresh seafood were wonderful. Espresso was some of the best we had in our travels through Italy. Best of all the chef was a woman … she definitely showed her passion for cooking! Will definitely be on our list the next time we visit Venice.
