Locanda Da Scarso - VENEZIA

Ok food, poor service. 2nd best place in the area, but we didn't feel that welcomed as tourists. Not recommended. Speak Italian and eat seafood

The Locanda da Scarso is one of the most delightful restaurants to eat in while staying in Lido. Located in the area of Malamocco, south of the island, it is a small, cozy, family-run restaurant, with fresh food and a lovely little garden to eat in. Always a joy to come stay here, especially to have their delicious spaghetti al nero di seppia! Relatively cheap for the level of quality as well, a true bargain.

The place might be very local and informal with friendly service. Also prices are good but the food was very bad. One can tell they serve old frozen fish to tourists. There are much better options around. Don't go.

Una buona trattoria, si mangia molto bene sotto una bella pergola. Il personale è cortese e il pesce di qualità, i prezzi nella norma. Contiamo di tornare quanto prima.

Il ristorante è davvero suggestivo, il personale è gentile, il cibo è ottimo e i prezzi sono nella media.
